I have been running Aspray (Milton Keynes) for just over seven years and in that time have project managed various types of building claims, from escape of water to the most devastating and upsetting fire claims. The water from the boiler should have been taken into the soil pipe and removed, but because the pipe was not sealed correctly, condensation was forming on the exterior of the pipe and running down it and under the downstairs floor. Once the reason was found the solution was readily available.
Although I welcome new contractors, I have worked with a core group of local tradespeople for many years. These long-standing relationships mean that I can work towards my aim of providing a satisfactory standard of reinstatement to my clients.
