Our loss assessing and property claims management team here at Aspray Limited’s Darwen HQ, is delighted to have scooped two more awards to add to the trophy display.

We have achieved the incredible feat of winning the Build Award, for Best Property Damage Insurance Claims Company in the UK, for the sixth year in a row.  To add to this, we have also been awarded the Global 100 Award for Property Claims Management Company of the Year.

The new awards have given us a great head start in 2020, coming hot on the heels of 2019 awards recognition in the form of a British Claims Awards 2019 shortlisting, as well as Finalist status in the prestigious Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards and the Landlord Investment Show Awards.

Our awards demonstrate our dedication to assisting insured property owners, both domestic and commercial, at times when property damage has occurred and when a building insurance claim needs to be made.  We are a loss assessor, which means that we represent the policyholder’s interest in the claim, usually negotiating the terms of the settlement with the insurer, or their appointed loss adjuster, who is the insurer’s on-site representative and representing their interest.

Property Reinstatement

What we also do is project manage the entire property reinstatement process, using our vetted contractors to carry out the required repairs and reinstating the property to its pre-loss condition as swiftly as possible.

There is no charge for the Aspray service, provided we can instruct and project manage the vetted contractors who complete the reinstatement works. What policyholders have to pay is any policy excess that they agreed with their insurer when buying their insurance policy.
