What is the cost in Scotland?

Unlike some Loss Assessors in the Scotland area, we can manage the whole claim right through to completion and our loss assessing service is *free to the policyholder, providing we can use our vetted contractors to carry out the reinstatement works. However, any excess stated within the policy will still apply and is payable by you, the policyholder.

If you are a VAT registered company or individual, please be aware you are responsible for paying the VAT of the settlement, however, you can claim this from HMRC on your next VAT return.

Case study: Escape of water claim in Glasgow West expertly handled by Aspray

Aspray Glasgow West were on hand to help a Landlord with their to-let property. After recieving a call from the Letting Agent, Aspray Glasgow West were quickly on site to assess the damage. The damage to the property was caused by a leak under the shower tray, from the above property.

Managing Director John Strange, with 20+ years experience in property, was more than familair with the job at hand. John and his team of expert contractors stripped the property, before beginning a drying process. The drying process would bring the property back to a normal humidity level, mitigating the chance of further damage.

The bathroom in the property received new tiles on the floor and the walls, and the sanitary facilities were re-fitted after a thorough cleansing and decontamination.
