Our Business Development Manager, Nigel Wardle, summed up the event perfectly: “Another year of hustle and bustle at BIBA,” he said. “Great vibe as always.” The event was filled with insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and industry innovations, making it a valuable experience for all attendees. The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with the presence of key industry leaders, made this year’s BIBA conference particularly memorable.
Aspray’s presence at BIBA 2024 was marked by an increase in new partnerships, as more brokers recognised the value that we bring to our clients. “More partners have signed up to utilise our services, realising the benefits of what we bring for their clients and the speed of our process,” Nigel shared. This growth is a testament to our dedication and commitment to providing an outstanding level of service and efficient claims management, which are crucial in today’s fast-paced insurance landscape.

Enhancing the Event Experience with Our “Crack the Code” Competition
A major highlight for us at BIBA 2024 was connecting with brokers who are already using our services. Nigel shared his enthusiasm about these engagements: “It’s always great to catch up with brokers who work with us and hear the success stories of their clients we’ve managed over the past year.” These stories emphasise our efficiency and the positive influence we have on our clients’ experiences during the often stressful claims process.
Adding an element of fun to the conference, we run a “Crack the Code” competition, where participants had the chance to win a brand new iPad by guessing the correct three digit code on a lockbox. This engaging activity not only drew visitors to our stand but also left a lasting impression on attendees, enhancing their overall experience at the event. The success of this competition has encouraged us to continue incorporating interactive elements in future exhibitions. They provide an excellent opportunity to connect with brokers and clients in a fun and memorable way.


Excitement Builds for BIBA 2025
The Aspray stand was the busiest we have ever been, which demonstrates that our brand and service is not only becoming recognised by the market and specifically brokers, but that a need for a service like ours is becoming common place. When brokers click with what we do they often comment ‘it’s a no brainer’ which is our sentiment as well.
Our successful showing at BIBA 2024 bodes well for the future. The ability to develop new partnerships, celebrate ongoing successes, and maintain a clear and compelling value proposition positions us for continued growth and influence in the industry.
With such a positive experience this year, we are already looking forward to exhibiting at BIBA 2025, eager to build on our achievements and continue supporting brokers and their clients with exceptional service.
