Aspray has capped off 2022 by continuing to deliver an outstanding service to policyholders, building brand awareness of our loss assessing service and winning new business as new member of the highly esteemed Hedron Network.
Outstanding Services to the Policyholder
As the policyholder is at the centre of everything we do, we set out in 2022 to showcase our commitment to customer service. We once again entered the prestigious British Claims Awards in the category ‘Outstanding Services to the Policyholder’. The award is given to a firm that demonstrates passion to providing a service that can genuinely help people through a difficult period, and in return receives good feedback.
Our assistance on claims between 2021 and 2022 featured storm damage during Storm Arwen, urgent support for a much-loved children’s play centre and the swift reinstation of a salon after a sewage leak.
On the night, a host of our appointed representatives and Head Office staff attended the awards held in London. We could not have been more thrilled when we were announced as the winner for a second consecutive year. We take pride in caring for claims, so to be given an award based on customer service means a great deal to our business.
New Business Development Managers
Midway through the year, we recruited three new Business Development Managers. Nigel Wardle, Carl Dewhurst, and Dave Hinks have years of industry experience between them and were carefully selected for their proven sales skills. Their experience allowed them to hit the ground running, building crucial business relationships with brokers, property management firms, estate agents and other introducers.
Most notably, Aspray was granted introduction to the Hedron Network. Working with Hedron, our Business Development Managers have been able to offer an opportunity to highly reputable independent brokers in adding an extra line to their service.
The result has meant we were able to assist many more policyholders with their buildings claims, as word spread fast about Aspray’s reputation to deliver a high-end loss assessing service. These relationships are growing ever stronger as our appointed representatives work hard to deliver exceptional service on each claim. Something that we are sure to continue in 2023.
Onwards to 2023
A record year for Aspray in 2022 demonstrates our exponential growth as a business and the brand awareness we have delivered. Still, not many people know what a loss assessor is and how they can help. But in completing twice as many property damage insurance claims this year, it is clear that loss assessing is becoming much more well known. Coupled with some outstanding sponsorships in our network, we are confident that in 2023 we will make a difference to even more homeowners and business owners.
